Project Management

Our responsibility is to act as a contact between the client and designer / developer. Discussing web design needs as well as communicating and building awareness around the value of the project and how they will benefit.

Noting down project requirements to provide a full scope of the project to the design and development teams. Reviewing design ideas, presenting drafts to the client, taking notes of any desired amendments from the client, keeping clients up to date with updates and timescale expectations. Together with structuring tasks for team members on preferred project management tools to ensure goals are met on time.

Content Writing

We can do research, content writing, image sourcing, creating infographics, optimizing images and SEO (keyword research, metadata, etc). Using my experience and graphic design skills, I can take a blog/article idea and produce it from start to finish as well any other piece of content required (social media posts, website content, etc).

Social Media Marketing

We will post content on desired social media platforms, engage and interact with audiences, create a SMM (social media marketing) schedule if there is no existing one in place. I create and manage ad campaigns on platforms such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, etc. Providing reports on progress based on generated results using Google Analytics by monitoring metrics and refining strategies for ultimate growth.

Email Marketing

Able to create effective campaigns for your business, following email marketing guidelines i.e. adding unsubscribe links, cleaning inactive users from lists, segmenting lists, and more.

Creating a strategy suited for your business to generate email leads that are targeted for the right audience with a professional HTML email templates and carefully written content to maximize conversions.
